I have to say Infiniti of Tucson beats all the rest by a very wide margin. I believe they should be chosen as a model for the rest to follow on how to treat their customers. The service manager who took care of my vehicle's needs was Mr. Cayo Pico.
I wouldn’t hesitate on using Infiniti of Tucson. I have been with them for 12 years and am looking forward to my future with Infiniti of Tucson. I have used them for maintenance and purchasing cars.

I have been an Infiniti car owner for the past 8 years. Today, I went to get my car serviced and I can honestly say by far, this is the best service that I have ever received at any Infiniti Service Department; and I have gone to many all over the country to get my vehicle serviced.

I purchase a pre-owned Infiniti QX56 in Nov 18; in which 10-days after purchase indicated a engine fault related to bad catalytic converter. Both the Sales Team and Service Team promptly resolved the issued at no cost (approximately $2k) to our family. We greatly appreciate the zero drama involved and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend for sales and service.

When my insurance company gave me trouble paying for the glass replacement of the sunroof, Infiniti of Tucson was very flexible working out payment options for me. They did a great job. I felt like they were very interested in meeting any need that I had. I loved the individualized and personal care given. I can't say enough good things about the experience I had with them. Absolutely awesome! (Standing ovation) Good job guys!

I have been having horrible experience at the Infiniti on Camelback. The only person that seems to know customer service there was the Executive Manager Luis. He was the only person that seemed to give a damn about what customer service was. Here in Tucson, I just got back from my first visit with them and they are phenomenal. I was a walk in and they accommodated me as best as they could. They were respectful and informative. Peter in Services was extremely kind and helpful. They even took it upon themselves to give my car a quick clean. They didn't have to do it but they did and it's these things that makes them stand out. It shows they want to take care of their customers. Additionally, the staff in parts knew their stuff. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

A few months ago I purchased a used 2011 Infiniti EX35. I had a wonderful experience and thought I got a good deal on the new car. My family has purchased several other cars there in the past and have had no problems. They recently opened a brand new dealership which is very nice.

I purchased my third new Infiniti from Infiniti of Tucson last month. I had a wonderful experience with no issues. The reason I keep coming back to Infiniti of Tucson is their wonderful service. On top of that the cars drive great!! I also wanted to comment about their new building. What a place, it has to be the nicest dealership in Tucson. Service has three lounges with free drinks and snacks. I have not seen that at other dealerships in Tucson.
The service department is great the technicians Sean Mark and Gasper are all top-notch.

Awesome service experiences. Had a terrible experience with Infiniti on Camelback in Phoenix, but this place totally redeemed it. Have had service and fixes done here. Got scheduled quickly, repairs done fast and professionally. I was always kept in the loop about what was going on. I definitely reccomend this place for service. I can't comment on car buying.
