Since it was first announced, Infiniti of Tucson, serving the greater Tucson area, has been looking forward to the all-new 2013 Infiniti JX35 with great anticipation. Shunk was struck by the way the designers were able to include both fluid curves and sharp lines, punctuated by the grille that conforms perfectly to the rest of the body.  Overall he really appreciated the beautiful styling as compared to other competitors more awkward attempts at the crossover vehicle.

If the exterior is unique in a good way, than the interior is inviting and comforting.  Shunk was especially fond of the contrast between the darker dashboard and center console, compared with the creamy wheat leather of the seats..

The JX35 that Shunk took for a ride featured the Premium Package.  As part of that package you get navigation with voice command, Lane guidance with 3-D graphics and NavTraffic and NavWeather; the Technology Package, which offers Blind Spot Intervention, adaptive cruise, 15-speaker Bose sound, a heated steering wheel, remote start, and Back-Up Collision Intervention; and the Theater Package, which brings two seven-inch screens to the back of the driver and front passenger seats' headrests.
