The new Infiniti JX Crossover is slated to arrive at dealerships (i.e. Infiniti of Tucson) in early 2012 as a 2013 model. In the mean time, we can only try and predict what this three-row crossover may look like and what additional features it may have. Fortunately, Inifiniti has decided to give us a peek of the new model when they show the JX Crossover concept at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, on August 18ththrough the 21st.
Infiniti has decided to introduce the new JX Crossover by joining forces with Hearst Magazines for the Infiniti Moments of Inspiration Culinary Event. This will be the fifth consecutive year that the two have come teamed up, and both Hearst Magazines and Infiniti are very excited to debut the JX Crossover concept at this event.
"We've always reserved the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance for the debuts of our most special vehicles and the Infiniti JX Concept and revised Infiniti FX fit the bill perfectly," says Infiniti Americas Vice President Ben Poore.1
The JX Crossover concept that will be showcased at the event is set to be a very close visual representation of what we can expect from the production model. It is expected to feature a number of styling cues from the Infiniti Essence concept, so we know that the JX Crossover's exterior will be a feast for the eyes.
